Relaxation: a massage that promotes relaxation for your body and soul. This slow paced massage promotes blood and lymphatic circulation while melting away stress, and relieving muscle pain.
Swedish: a relaxing light-touch massage that promotes blood and lymph circulation back into the heart.
Therapeutic: a relaxation massage combined with restorative massage treatments in "areas of complaint" muscle groups defined by the client.
Deep Tissue: a massage that gradually penetrates deep into the body. This client-goal oriented massage restores the natural length of muscles while addressing pain-relief, and muscle imbalances.
Sports: This massage is 100% client-goal oriented. Depending on the individual this massage can include pre-event massage, post-event massage, restorative massage, or inter-competition massage.

The massage sessions at Reno Athletic Massage are personalized with the understanding that every body is different. We dedicate ourselves to enhancing flexibility and mobility according to our clients' goals.
Regular re-evaluations allow the assessment of our clients' development and to guide adjustments in the individual program when it is needed. Educational resources will be available to clients, professionals, and the lay public to increase the overall health and development of our community.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Any appointments requested outside those hours should be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
